We have a highly experienced team offering mobile application and mobile web site testing services for all major mobile device platforms including Android, iOS, Windows Phone and BlackBerry. We perform functional and non-functional testing on Native, Hybrid and Web based applications.
Testing Services
One off App review. FIXED PRICE, 3 devices per platform. We will test your app on 3 devices per platform, focusing on non-functional testing, UI and App interaction using an exploratory testing methodology. We provide a summary test report detailing our findings and any recommendations for improvement.
Project based testing/QA. We will engage with your team for the duration of a project and test your App on devices agreed. This enables bug fixes to be tested and regression testing to be performed. This also works well in an agile development environment where the App continues to evolve during the period of the project. Engagement is on an hourly basis within agreed budgets.
Ongoing testing/QA. For consistent testing across platforms and during the life cycle of your App. We will engage with your team to provide ongoing regular testing and QA services to support your ongoing development. Engagement is on an hourly basis within agreed budgets.
Test Procedures
Synapse Mobile has rigorous test plans and procedures that have been evolved and refined through 100’s of Apps tested for global application and content developers. We have standard test plans focusing on Non-functional testing (the App performs well across a wide range of real life usage scenarios). We will also work with you to develop Functional test plans as required (ensuring the App works as specified/designed).
Devices
Synapse Mobile maintain a wide range of mobile devices to ensure good coverage of OS versions and device specifications. We maintain representative coverage of the market and are continually updating our suite of devices. This includes:
- Devices covering differing OS versions
- Devices covering different screen formats and sizes including tablets
